About Me.

Meet Ritasha Kari, a dedicated Social Worker with a wealth of experience in psychotherapy, marriage counseling, and program management. Ritasha holds a Master's in Social Work and has spent over a decade working with individuals and couples, helping them navigate mental health challenges and improve their relationships. She has a keen understanding of various therapeutic approaches and excels in creating safe, empathetic spaces for her clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Additionally, Ritasha has proven her leadership in program management, successfully implementing and overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing community well-being and social support. With a genuine passion for helping others, Ritasha strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Ritasha is a wife, mother of three, volunteer, community leader, and education advocate.

This degree equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation needed for various roles in the social work profession. The MSW program at LUC  included Advanced coursework, field placements, and community research.

The practical experiences and hands-on learning acquired in the Master of Science program at this institution ensured that I acquired in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of human development, establishing me as a specialist in understanding the unique needs and stages of child development.

The undergraduate Psychology program at The University of Louisiana Monroe included coursework in research methods and statistical analysis. Studying psychology at ULM contributed to personal growth and self-awareness, greater self-understanding, and interpersonal skills.
